it would be nice to read feedback on voice like "this voice is great and is almost human like" or "this voice is not ready for prime time bc it way too AI sounding" something like that so i'm not wasting credits on a bad ai voice

User can upload documents like pdf and docx to give the podcast more context

I am a "new" paying customer (2 days)... Im trying out my second attempt at putting together a working version. The engine is stuck in "Regenerating Audio". Trying to fix it - I've done everything I know: restarted laptop reset browser used Safari, Firefox, Chrome cleared caches... And nothing. I log back into the website and my podcast is still "Regenerating Audio". I dont see anywhere where tech support is available Can anyone provide some assistance or tips to fix this? thanks. C.
