I am a "new" paying customer (2 days)...
Im trying out my second attempt at putting together a working version.
The engine is stuck in "Regenerating Audio".
Trying to fix it - I've done everything I know:
  • restarted laptop
  • reset browser
  • used Safari, Firefox, Chrome
  • cleared caches...
And nothing. I log back into the website and my podcast is still "Regenerating Audio".
I dont see anywhere where tech support is available
Can anyone provide some assistance or tips to fix this?
